arrived 9am for surgery.told doctor 2 hrs behind & 4 patients in front of me.be lucky to be completely finished by 5.15pm.2 days of prepping down the drain.left & went home.terrible punctuality

My wife and I have both had colonoscipies from him, also my wife a a endoscopy. Absolutely the best! I dont know how we are so lucky to have such an amazing Dr. in Yorkton.

Rude and Deadly! Does what he wants. Ask for his record on nicked bowels, etc. Delays or refuses to refer to another Dr even if you ask. Says it takes time and if you call his office his receptionist/wife tells you to drink more water. No respect for women. Misdiagnosis killed my mother and husband. Do not go to this Dr. Also, rude to some nurses. I’d say something nice about Wanis but can’t think of anything.

Was admitted from emergency with abdominal pain. He was called and did surgery to remove my gallbladder he did an amazing job and took very good care of me. He was compassionate knowledgeable and very thoughrall. Forever thankful for the care I received.

Went in for a hard lump in my neck about the size of a pea . Had scans done that said cyst with a question mark asked for a simple biopsy was told to quit complaining he knew for sure it was not cancerous. About 7 months later it was the size of an egg and he removed it. Two weeks later I was in hospital for my gallbladder and he saw me. He came up to me and said my lump was a lymph node full of cancer. I went to regina and seen a Dr who took about 5 seconds to see my cancer he asked if Dr wants even bothered to look down my throught cause if he would have he would have seen the cancer on my tonsils. Due to his mess I needed way more treatment than I had . Lost my saliva gland taste buds for a cancer is very curable and treatable. If this Dr was in the states he would have been unemployed a long time ago. Not held responsible for anything they do no wonder canada gets so many bad doctors .. run run run

I went to see him to have wood removed from foot. After waiting 7.5 hours he Opened me up
Said nothing was there. Went back 2 months later because wasn’t healing. Said to give it time. 7 months later I was in Edmonton they did an ultrasound and saw 2 big pieces of wood 2 c/m and more little pieces. They did surgery to remove them.
Do not waste your time going to
This Dr. Has a terrible bedside manor

Dr. Wants was kind, considerate, knowledgeable when he was explaining my situation medically. I appreciated his comforting words and responses to my questions. I feel very confident with him looking after me medically.

Absolutely the most arrogant & rude Dr. I've ever been too. Ask how many bowels he's 'nicked' in the past couple of years alone. Everything's a gallbladder problem to him... he rarely looks further. I wish I had read the reviews before I risked my life with him. There are other Doctors. Don't take a chance. He intimidates his staff and does the same with his patients. People need to speak up. I was admitted last year with pain and left with more. Asked to be referred but said there was nothing wrong. Went to another emergency and got referred immediately and barely in time.
