I have been his patient for 8 years or so. His office is sometimes hectic and his receptionist can sometimes be unfriendly on the phone. However, I find Dr. Lempel is professional and friendly, knowledgeable, and quite attentive to and concerned for his patients. He explains things well and responds well to questions. In his new office, he seems to have more time for me when I am there for my checkup. I recommend!
