Took his time with me and asked a lot of relevant questions. Recommend.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Richman's. I had the first appointment of the day for physical and fasting blood work. Due to traffic, I arrived 6 minutes late. His office manager (his wife) said I was late and had to reschedule. She then had the doctor come out and he also said I had to reschedule. It was patients like me arriving late that throws the entire day off. I have waited over 40 minutes in his office for previous appointment. Why is his time more important than mine? He was not being professional at all in my opinion. Needless to say, I will not return to his office and since have found a new physician.
