Dr. Iacobucci has always been professional and helpful to me. Kind and caring. He takes the time to perform a thorough exam and to talks to me and asks me questions to cover all bases. He has strong knowledge of pharmacy and is not a pill pusher. He will prescribe and talk to you about what he is prescribing. Always answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. Doesn’t push for unnecessary tests, which I appreciate. I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat to friends, family, anyone. I count myself fortunate enough to have been referred to him in Dr. Burday’s retirement and have been with Dr. Iacobucci for almost 15 years.

I have been with Dr. Iacobucci for well over 12 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He gives you more time as a patient during your visit than what most PP provide when needed. He is thorough and generally interested in your health as well as any concerns you have. He is personable and professional. As a patient, it is your responsibility to be your own advocate with regards to your own health to the best of your ability. As with any medical professional, Dr. Iacobucci is not a mind reader; it is our job as patients to communicate to our doctor(s) any health issues or ailments we are currently experiencing and to ask questions. It's called collaboration. I find the "pill p usher" comment surprising and alarming as Dr. Iacobucci usually refers me to a specialist OR provides me alternative health options in addition to providing any medicine as an option. Again, the choice is ultimatly mine to decide. I would Recommend Dr, Iacobucci to any one in search of a good doctor and I have referred him in the past. Both individuals thanked me for the referral and are still with Dr. Iacobucci!!

Very pleasant manner. Knowledgable and helpful Staff seems a little frazzled. You are always put on hold when you call.

I feel as if Dr Iacobucci is a pill pusher - rather than figuring out what is the problem, he is probably just going to prescribe you some medication. I also find Elizabeth (member of his staff) to be extremely demeaning and rude. God forbid you have to ask her a question - she appears to be "bothered" to have to deal with you. Needless to say = I have switched doctors.

Iacobucci's website claims his specialty is preventative care. What a joke! My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer one month ago & is now dead. He had yearly appointments with Iacobucci & complained about his cough. No tests were ordered. Nothing! He just sent him on his way & said his cough was because he had been a smoker. When he diagnosed my father he never gave him a name of a cancer specialist. A week later my father was back in his office to get results of blood tests. Iacobucci didn't remember he had ordered the test & still no referral for a specialist. He then told my father it was safe to travel even though he was dehydrated. He ended up in emergency on his vacation. The family called 4 times one weekend for pain management. He never returned the call the following day when he was in the office. He made a courtesy call only after my sister called & complained about his care. He is not interested in medicine or his patients. At best UNCARING! At worst INCOMPETENT!

Everyone hates to go to the Doctor, but meeting with the "Bucc"(booch) is very comforting. The office is very clean, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE of insurances and their requirements! (thanks Elizabeth!)He gives you options, his opinions on them and then helps to make your decision WITH you. His background in Pharmaceuticals & in depth knowledge helps with the comfort level when making the decision of what is best, not what is being pushed this week. The staff and other physicians that cover on his rare absences are just as helpful, friendly and caring. Thanks Twelve Corners!!!
