I have no problem with Dr. Mason. I have used her for 10 years and she has always been knowledgable and helpful. The problem is the Pediatric Group office. It is next to impossible to get through on the phone(I'm talking about 30 minutes of busy signals with repeat dialing and when you finally get through, you have to leave a message) The waiting rooms are always crowded and running late. Billing and payment has never been a problem. A Doctor is useless to me if I can't get in touch with them in a pinch, so I would not recommend any Doctor in the pediatric group.

The nurses when you call are jerks and unless your child runs 103 temp they just want to call something in with out being seen in the office. The doctors in this group have too many patients and the nurses could care less about treating you like a customer and not a burden.
