I was attempting to talk to the this doctor about the care another practioner was providing to my wife. Dr.Loveless did not allow me to finish what 8 was trying to explain to her before she stated,"I am not going to override another provider and she walked out of the room hastily. She did not return. Dr. Loveless did give me a sample mask which was the original reason I was at the appointment.

I went for a sleep study, the doctor talked about cognitive thinking, and reading a book. I felt that I wasted my time coming to this doctor.

This person, I refuse to call her doctor, has a one-track mind, she thinks anyone with a sleep problem is sleep apnea. She is very unprofessional, will NOT listen to her patients, has absolutely no compassion and wants to talk about herself. Just look at the other one-star ratings.
Do yourself a favor and see someone else.

Dr. Loveless asked questions about why I was referred for a sleep study, asked about my symptoms, & explained the procedure sovthatvi was aware of how we would proceed.

I saw Dr. Loveless for the first time, and I really liked her. I did not feel rushed, she answered any questions I had, and it was clear that she really cared about the best outcome for me. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Jana Loveless is a wonderful doctor. She always listens to your needs and trys to find an answer for what is ailing you. You don't feel like your in one of those offices where it's a revolving through the door kind of patient thing. She takes the necessary time to take care of your needs. She will make sure you get the specialists or surgeries you need if you so need to. She is friendly, easy going, and very all around likeable. Easy to talk to as well. She's not only concern for your physical needs, but your mental health as well. I give her definitely 2 thumbs up!!!
