Dr. Marchini run his medical practice like a 'for profit' business without any real customer care. As a patient you might as well be a potato in a factors with a life changing activity going on around you without normal customer service.

Very difficult to understand due to heavy accent, very unfriendly staff, policy is cash in full after ins, no payment plans, more interested in the $$$ than quality of care

Due to Dr Marchini's staff incompetence, OHSU is unable to make a determination regarding my friend's valve replacement. This is an emergent matter as her life depends on it. They continue to lie as to when and where his reports are sent. Patient beware and travel to Medford if at all possible

This is the only pulmonary doctor in Grants Pass and has no respect for his patients. He is consistently late, not up to date on the latest in pulmonary medicine and cannot be trusted. My elderly mother was under his care and I made sure she stopped seeing him before something was misdiagnosed or missed completely due to his disregard.
