Flippantly dismisses concerns even when other health professionals concur there is an issue but unfortunately it has to go through family doctor streams.

Dr.Michael’s is the Best Dr.... She has Great knowledge and is Very Caring, I don’t know why she is getting all those negative comments , in my opinion she is one of the Best Dr.’s out there ❤️

Turn away from this doctor. I have been going to her for years now and she’s gotten very rude not caring for her patients. She misdiagnosis and dismisses concerns. Please be aware.

I have put up with Dr Michaiel for many years, some appointments being ok- others feeling totally brushed off and ignored. I have always waited at least 45 minutes every appointment, even when booking the 1st appointment of the day, I had to make another appointment later the same week for something very small. I decided to make a comment about waiting every time- seeing there is an error in their system that needs to be fixed. She instead went very snappy over my comment of having to wait saying "my previous patient took so long cause they were suicidal, so you can wait".... many other stories I could share...I'll leave it there.

Every time I go in with a concern or problem it gets brushed off. I do not like going when I know I’m not going to be taken seriously and just brushed off.

She has empathy and knows her practice very well. She takes her time to understand the problem or issues the patients are facing before providing solution. I find her very knowledgeable.

This doctor acts like she doesn't care. I told her about my chest pain and she brushed them off. I went to the emergency after and later found out I had a rare problem that causes heart arythmia and chest pain among other things. My cardiologist told me to get another doctor. I have been there for 2 years and I don't even like to go because I know she won't do anything. Sometimes she is ok, sometimes she is in a bad mood. I always wait about 1 hour to get in. I have seen her for other things and she has been wrong many times. When I go back to tell her and seek help, she gets pretty sarcastic or simply says she can't help me.

I totally agree with the double personality! Dr. Mary Michaiels does not care about you what so ever. She does not write anything down in her file form previous visits unless she is pushing a prescription on you which is her ANSWER to everything. She does not care about your mental health and will always brush your issues off or make you feel like you are to blame. I beyond shock by these reviews and how she currently treats her clients how she even has business. She literally just sits in this room never leaving her stool and only opening sliding doors to talk to you WHICH the patient in the other room can HEAR everything you are asking. Do not waste your time, she will not listen or remember anything you say and will only push pills on you. I have left this office in tears many times because of this women... She makes you feel so horrible!!!! I ended up in emergency last year due to Dr Mary Michaels given me the wrong prescription to help my infection and it jumped into my kidneys. It makes me so upset how Dr like her that literally see clients like they are scum on the earth still practice and get supportive.

I have seen Dr. Michaiel a few times when my regular Dr is not available. She brushes aside and minimizes my concerns, and has given me advice that directly contradicts with what other medical professionals have told me. I strongly suspect she charged me extra for a sick note- I don't think she believed me how sick I was, despite the fact my regular doctor told me to stay home earlier in the week. I will not see Dr michaiel again, even for minor concerns.

Dr. Michaiel was nice in some visits and nasty on other visits. She has a double personality. When she was nasty, she made fun of my concerns and refused to fill out medical form citing the amount of work required to do so. The staff at her clinic are equally useless too. I'm surprised Michaiel is still in business given the many negative comments. I am guessing AHS is asleep??
