She took me off of thyroid medicine, then called 6 months later at my check-up claimed that she did no such thing. Yelled at me, told me I was going to die, ordered me to the hospital to get a blood test, and when the test results came back, I was fine, no sign of thyroid disease. Which is why she took me off of the medication in the first place. Oh yeah, and diagnosed my case of the flu as acid reflux. Needless to say I missed work longer than I needed to because of this misdiagnosis.
