A mon avis ce medecin ne devrait pas avoir le droit de pratique...ignorant...Ma mere agee de 73 ans a fait une chute de son lit en Novembre 2014, elle est tomber du lit; d'une hauteur de pratiquement 3 pieds; directement sur la nuque. douleur au cou immediate. Elle se presente chez Dr. Goulard...aucun examen physique, aucunes questions sur les douleurs, il lui prescrit du Robaxacet ( en vente libre)....2-3 semaines s'ecoulent...douleurs intenses au cou et aux epaules jusqu'aux coudes....elle le revoit....sort sa "pad" a prescription...du Robaxasil...pas meme d'examen ou de questions....2-3 semaines s'ecoulent...difficultes a bouger les bras, douleurs intenses....il l'a revoie...meme scenario...prescriptions d'anti-inflamatoires et relaxants musculaires.....1 semaine s'ecoule....c'est l'enfer....il l'a revoie...."On va vous envoyer pour de la physio "....ma mere lui dit "Pourquoi ne m'envoyez pour une radiographie, comme ca vous sauriez pourquoi vous me soigner"....Reponse.: "Bof ! Si ca peux vous faire plaisir"....Radiographie...."Fracture cervicale deplacee "...les deux parties de l'os sont emboiter un sur l'autre pour environ 1/4 de pouce...un faux mouvement ou une chute...deces ou paralysie totale"...Heureusement un bon chirurgien nous l'a remise en forme. Un petit conseil...souciez-vous de votre sante et exiger d'etre examiner adequatement...c'est votre droit !!

Doctor goulard has been the doctor to my family since i was a child.I always stayed with him until i started growing up and realizing how rude and un professional he is.Then i changed to another doctor cause i went to see him for something and he reacted totally like a nut to my problem.I wasnt impressed at all.It wasnt the first time he had insulted me or say something crazy to me but that time was one too many for me.Yes he can be knowledgeable as a doctor and can be good sometimes and understands when people need to save money for medication and stuff but when it comes to all areas of communicating with patients and showing respect in general and manners he is the worst doctor.He needs a full course in that area that he didnt seem to learn in med school.I am not alone in thinking this i spoke to many people who thinks the same about him.He is very rude and insults patients.treats us like we are stupid.

Dr Goulard in my opinion is a good for nothing doctor i went to see him several times about my foot bein so sore i couldnt walk on it and turning blue all he wanted to do is give me pills instead of sending me for tests. He said we will try these pills and if these dont work come back and try different pills.I told him to send me for tests or exrays and he got mad and kicked me out of his office! and told me to find another doctor.All he is is a pill pusher and the rudes DR i have ever went to. If he is ever at the clinic or the ER ill go to miramichi not this quack!!!!!!!!

My husband and I only see him for our yearly checkup. In the meantime, if we are not well he will see us the same day. Love his secretary. Does any doctor give a complete medical anymore? Just blood tests and medication. But he is a good doctor and has an OK personality in my view.

He's been my family doctor since i was born. He's just too old, out dated, and he's too stubborn, cruel humor. i've asked numerous times to contact a specialist i wanted/needed to see and he kept saying i didnt need a specialist when i know i do.

Dr. Goulard is bilingual. I love the fact that I can speak my mother-tongue with my doctor which is French... he is from France!!! Wonderful doctor! !! Sensitive!! Caring! !!

Grumpy but he is smart. Could improve on his communications skills but he will find you the specialist that you need.

M. Goulard a toujours été notre docteur de famile depuis mon très jeune âge et j'ai présentement 53 ans. Il a soigné mes parents, moi et mes enfants. Je n'ai rien à reprocher sur ce médecin.

I can't remember a time when I have called and not been able to go in the same day , if I found it necessary...he works long hours, a little hard to understand at times.. but always helpful. No hesitation to refer to someone ( a specialist) who knows more than he on a particular subject.
