Dr.Taylor has always been very professional and knowledgeable in her profession.
She shows lots of empathy, has a great sense of humor. I gave been a patient of hers for over 25 yrs and highly recommend her.

Dr. Taylor misdiagnosed me and sent me to another ophthamologist to "confirm" her diagnosis. The 2nd doctor said she was very wrong. I found Dr. Taylor arrogant and did not listen to me at all. She treated me like I was completely stupid when I didn't know the diagnosis (as if she was telling me I had Down Syndrome or diabetes...something people would know. Even my optometrist had to look it up! Her proposed surgical treatment was way off the mark as her diagnosis was wrong. When I questioned her, she did admit the diagnosis was not a complete fit....Her recommednation for me, "maybe you should choose a job where you won't use your eyes so much". I also wanted to comment that she had a room full of people and many with the same appointment time...When another family member saw her, she had her assistant do all the tests and she came in for less than 2 minutes...very poor care and to this day, we have no idea what the credentials of the person who ran the tests were. She was never introduced. STAY AWAY from Dr. Vicki Taylor if you value your eye sight!!

Doctor Taylor saved my eyesight, without her I am positive I would be completely blind today. Very very knowledgeable and treats her clients with dignity, plus she has the best staff, very nice and helpful.

Doctor Taylor is the best in her field, she very knowledgeable, professional and without a doubt it was a priveledge to have been treated bay her office. I owe my sight to her. The staff is super friendly and courteous and they treat you with respect. She is 5 stars doctor.

Just Outstanding. Was in from out of town on a referral from my own Ophthalmologist as Dr. Taylor is the specialist in my kind of eye damage. She didn't keep me waiting, was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with my vision and gave me all the info that I needed. Super Doctor.
