Visited twice. Late each time. Unorganized. TOLD me what I was going to do. When I asked questions, he was defensive and dismissed them, as if I had gotten my information from blogs rather than reputable sites that I spent two weeks reading. His method of persuasion was by fear. He answers emails quickly, shooting straight from the hip. His answers were so quick he could not have reviewed my information. Never read my emails entirely or answered all questions. I nicknamed him Minute Man.
