My second visit with him was the day after my breast surgeon had called me with my pathology report from surgery. I was finished with surgery and needed to start chemo ASAP. He would not discuss Chemo with me but wanted me to have more surgery which would have caused complications and delay the start of Chemo. He even called my breast surgeon in front of me to convince her I needed more surgery. He would not proceed with Chemo but called in other doctors to agree with him. (they did not). He was condescending and refused to even discuss Chemo treatment with me or my husband and treated us like we were ignorant even though we both have medical career backgrounds. I couldn't get out of there quick enough and find another Oncologist.

Refered to him for swollen and painful lymph nodes. He was condescending and dismissive to me. Instead of reassuring me the symptoms I had were within normal range he was critical of my weight and questioned the amount of pain I reported to him. Left the treatment up to me ( Wait for 4 months or do a biopsy. I’m not sure how that works if there is nothing wrong as he had told me) and basically made me feel foolish for coming in. I was left on the exam table barely clothed and in disbelief as to what had just happened. I came in scared thinking the worst and left the office body shamed and confused as to what I should do.

love him, I had two series of treatments for lung cancer. Caring and helpful.

I want to this doctor regarding very low iron levels. After ruling out pernicious anemia he set me up with several iron IV's. Very polished, knowledgable and kind. Was willing to answer all my questions. Was respectful of me as a patient. Would recommend to others.
