I have been going to Dr Hasham for about 6 years. I have recently read some very negative reports and I'm surprised. He has been excellent with me and my family. He takes his time. He calls if an important test result comes in and he LISTENS. People bash the reception staff and again, I am surprised. I have never had a problem with any of them. I am polite and they are polite. Grateful to have Dr Hasham as my doctor.

Excellent doctor who listens!!! Contrary to what some have said I have found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. Appointments ( even telephone) can -at times be a fairly long way off but that is usually the sign of a good doctor so I am thankful to have access to a doctor.

Dr. Hasham continues to be the best doctor you could hope for. My husband and I have been his patients for about 30 years and he continues to provide accurate diagnosis and treatments for anything. I just want him to know that I'm grateful to have him help me with aging now. He's not far behind me and I live in fear that he will retire.

Dr Hasham has helped me for the past 12 yrs. He is a very good family doctor, helped me give birth to my son-we were surprised he came to Royal Columbian Hospital in the middle of the night when we expected an on call Dr. He is professional, prompt and knowledgeable.

One of my daughters arranged for me to see Dr Hasham after Dr Heidi Otter left her practice. I was concerned about the change as I had wanted a female doctor. I'm so very happy that Dr Hasham is the doctor I got - he is the greatest - very approachable, knowledgeable, kind, always listens to questions and concerns and on occasion, when absolutely necessary, has returned a phone call. He's referred me to some of the top specialists in several areas of medicine. He always takes my concerns and questions seriously and I know that if i have to wait at all, that he's giving another patient the same care and attention that he gives me. Doctor Hasham is our family doctor. He delivered my wife 40 years ago and has been the doctor for many of our family generations!! He now cares for my wife and I, her siblings, and all of our children. What an incredible man with a wealth of knowledge. Any referrals we've had land us with the best specialists in BC - head of departments! He seems to be able to move mountains!! Thank you for helping our family for 40+ years!!!

Dr. Hasham has always been so willing to answer questions regarding my children's growth, development, and health. It's so nice to be given the time needed, as opposed to being rushed through and disregarded.

Not impressed at all with this physician. My mother was seeing Dr Hasham to have her prescriptions renewed and had a few questions about my father who was currently in the RCH. My father at the time was a pt of Dr Hasham's. We wanted to know the process of getting my father discharged from the hospital to a nursing home and whether Dr Hasham needed to write an order, be involved with the process. By the way, and we were not asking for special treatment, my father was one of the first seven Drs that started Elgin Medical Clinic, and even worked along side Dr Hasham for a few years. My mother and I were very disappointed with his lack of concern, empathy, towards our situation. He didn't even enquire about how he was doing, how we were doing with our difficult situation. Poor attitude,glad my Dad will now have another Dr in the nursing home he is in and this Dr will not be involved.

Dr. Hasham is a fantastic GP!!! I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. He's patient and kind and even when he's running late he still makes me feel my appointment is important and takes his time to deal with me. He calls to discuss diagnostic results and he has zero god complex!!! When I told him about a procedure I was trying out, he told he he didn't know about it but right there he looked it up and supported me 100%. Thanks Dr. Hasham.

I have been going to Elgin Medical since I was a baby and recently switched from our retired family doctor to Dr. Hasham. Having him as my new doctor the last year has been awesome. He is patient with me, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never feel uncomfortable with him and he is very proactive in finding the best solutions for me. I feel lucky to have scored such a great doctor since it was a struggle finding one in the Tricities.
