Needs specific improvement to on-call/backup on-call Dr response & resource management, availability and response to messages, atypical treatment responses, non-practice treatment team members & communication as previously documented & relayed to Corporate Practice Management in Asheville & locally in Franklin. Dr. Chay has outstanding resources, tools, practice partner Dr’s, office staff, techs, RNs, Nurse Practitioners in Asheville & Franklin, who continue the excellent traditional Messino Cancer Center care as established by and experienced directly with founding Dr.
