Appointments are always rushed and basically told me the chronic issues I’ve had since a child are fake. Doesn’t seem to want to get to the root of the problem. I try and avoid going to see her even if I need too because I feel defeated afterwards

She accessed my patient file when I was at my hospital clinic for booster covid shot. She asked me a bunch of questions and gave me the shot. Then when I checked my patient file on my online health portal for the certificate/covid shot receipt, I see she had registered herself as being on my care team and logged my booster appointment as a covid consult for which I was "contraindicated" - all wrong, and possibly fraudulent.

I have been seeing Dr. Kuruganty for almost 10years now. I don't live anywhere near her clinic but I continue to go because she is such a wonderful doctor. I feel seen and heard. She is never dismissive with my concerns. She follows up with me on all my previous issues. She's never missed a diagnosis or not seen me in a timely manner. Her staff have also responded to emails and calls fairly quickly. She is to the point but she does not rush me. I trust her implicitly.

She rushes through appointments, sometimes it even feels like she’s angry at me for being there, as if I should only go see her if I’m dying or unable to walk. It started feeling like it was a waste of time so I simply stopped going to see her and started going to see doctors abroad.

I've had both positive and negative experiences with Dr. K. Overall, I would not recommend her because I have found that appointments over the phone feel rushed. I have had a hard time getting responses to emails and phone calls, which is frustrating and results in lack of care for an ongoing health issue. I end up going to walk-ins just to get care. I have had positive interactions with her in the office, but overall, I find that I feel rushed or guilty for calling at all. I would rather find a doctor who takes the time to actually listen to me and address my problem.

I’m surprised to read negative reviews of Dr. Kuruganty. I’ve been seeing her for years and had nothing but positive experiences. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and has always given me good care. I find when I leave a voicemail I hear back on the same day (even though the message system says within 48 hours). I highly recommend her.

I’ve only had positive experiences with Dr K. I’ve found that she doesn’t rush through appointments, she’s knowledgeable, helpful and seems like she genuinely cares.

The receptionist is rude. The doctor is punctual and somewhat helpful but does not call back or give results in a timely fashion

Dr. Kuruganty was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to my visit at Women's College Hospital. I felt very welcomed, cared for, and that she was looking out for me. If I need any further help or advice, Dr. Kuruganty will be the first Dr. I see.

I have mixed feelings - she's been kind with me and also unkind depending on the day. Dr. Kuruganty has rushed me through appointments and made me feel guilty for seeing her too early when I knew something was wrong. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has felt rushed. Her staff has always been kind to me.
