Had to wait 1.5 hrs in exam room to see Dr. Staff did not acknowledge me or apologize for the delay, just ignored me. My exam room door was open and I had to listen to the staff talking badley about patients. Dr Row may be a good doctor but the office was VERY unprofessional.

MY 93 yo mother is not a cash cow for an ophthalmologist. She has had cataract surgery and needed help with post-stroke vision deficit. After promising to call back after examining her and then saying that he would review her records, the phone has not rung in 5 days. Surely, he could not be that busy. Unbelievable poor patient follow-up.
