I am glad that this mouni has retired. I’m diagnosed with ADHD and he didn’t nothing to help me. Now I’m getting the treatment and support I deserve

ABSOLUTLY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING STAFF. DR. BOURKAS HAS BEEN OUR DR FOR PAST 30YRS-ALWAYS WAS DIFFICULT TO REACH BY PHONE BUT SINCE COVID EVEN HAVING A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FOR MRQ PURPOSES SEEMS TO NOT BE OF IMPORTANCE ANYMORE AND I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE MAY FOR THEM TO SUPPLY THE DOCUMENT. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE YET THE STAFF ARE IN THE OFFICE BEHIND LOCKED DOOR AND YOU CAN HEAR THEM YAPPING. THEY HAVE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING IF YOU NEED APPOINTMENT TO DO SO BY FAX BUT THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK EVER -SO ITS AS IF HE HAS ALREADY RETIRED- VERY SAD ENDING -I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THE SECRETARIES ARE CHOOSING WHO HAS ACCESS TO HIM-IF THEY LIKE YOU THEY LET YOU GET THRU.

Angelo should retire and take his 2 secretaries with him .
I will be filing a complaint . They never answer the phone .
The 2 secretaries are rude. The doctor is very forgetful .

Indifferent. Doesnt return calls. Wrong prescription sent to the pharmacy .awful. 1 star because theres no zero option

Terrible. I have unsubscribed myself from him as my family doctor, even in the current state of affairs of the healthcare system, which says alot.

It's almost 2022. Learn to answer the phone and use e-mails. Unbelievable.

Never ever answers the phones. Very unbecoming of an MD. I am thinking of complaining to the order of physicians.

Dr. Boukas is an ok doc. Really takes his time with you but that’s why you wait 3hrs in the office even with an appnt. And good luck getting an appnt. They never, and I mean NEVER answer the phone. As a matter of fact I think they unplugged it because I’ve never been able to reach unless I go there physically to make an appnt - which of course isn’t always doable. And the staff have a really nasty attitude.

Dr. Bourkas is an excellent physician. He takes all the time the patient needs to listen to all concerns. He is gentle and empathetic. The only problem is the difficulty in reaching the office to make or cancel appointments. There are 2 receptionists, yet the phone is never answered. Extremely frustrating.

Dr. Bourkas is a great listener and open minded. Very helpful and sympathetic, caters to your needs and will give you all option and the truth of all your options.
