Dr Gordon is the best Dr I have ever had; both in person & telephone appointments have been excellent. I really feel he is always looking after my best interests minor or major. He is very easy to talk to about any personal problems and has always found a wise solution. Dr Gordon also has a warm friendly personality and it’s so nice to be greeted with a genuine smile. Front desk staff are all pleasant and professional both on the phone & in person. You would be extremely lucky to have such an exceptional Dr.

Dr. Gordon is the best GP our family has ever had. He is an excellent listener, always makes referrals when necessary, is kind and considerate, and always lets us know what to do in terms of follow up. As an RN I can be pretty judgemental about physicians, but Dr. Gordon is outstanding!

Dr Gordon has been our family doctor for a few years, and we are so grateful to be his patients. He is very timely, his front desk staff are great, and he is caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he gives value and weight to parental instincts when it comes to our children's health. He refers to specialists as needed, and takes a pragmatic approach to medicine. Dr. Gordon receives my highest rating as a family physician. My wife and I have been lucky enough to be his patients over more than ten years. He has always dealt with any issues most professionally and is extremely well connected to high quality specialists if required. I grew up with doctors who had patients sitting in waiting rooms for hours on end. He is punctual to a fault. As a patient in very good health over the years, I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness and his response in getting the right treatment was outstanding. He is also a very kind and personable doctor, considering the negative situations he must often face with patients. I am really dismayed that some former patients could have negative things to say about him. That is quite unimaginable.

Dr. Gordon is a great doctor and anyone would be lucky to have him as their practitioner. Shout out to the FRONT DESK for enforcing COVID19 rules and protocols handed down by the physicians. They field hundreds of calls a day from the many thousands of patients that belong to the 9 practitioners of that clinic- they are doing a FABULOUS job! Keep it up guys!

I have been with Dr, Steven Gordon since he came to Canada. He started at Broadmeade walk in clinic and I walked in and was unhappy with a doctor I had very timely. He has a caring and considerate manner . I drive a long way to see him and really appreciate his advice and referals to specialist that are timely. He has moved from Cooke street to now Rock Bay Clinic . Unfortunately it must be hard to hire front desk staff and they seem to be somewhat unpleasant and rude. However that being said I would not want their jobs either but common courtesy is not too much to ask. iF you dont like your job Leave. Dr Gordon deserves better representation.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Gordon ! He is knowledgeable, kind , compassionate and has a great sense of humor. He provides excellent mental health support and I have never felt rushed. I could not say enough about how lucky you be to have him as a Dr. if he is taking new patients.
