DR Innes has been our family doctor for the past 47 years.He is the most kind patient and understanding dr .He is knowledgeable and thorough.He has gone above and beyond the call of duty!When he was made they threw the mould was thrown away.For us he is the best of the best and we have been GREATLY blessed to have him as our dr.

I am astounded by the negative reviews of Dr. Innes. He has been my doctor for over 40 years and I have found him ALWAYS to be kind, knowledgeable, and ready to listen, while still keeping to a tight schedule. Recently, Dr. Innes has shown some aging problems and he will retire soon. He will be greatly missed by those who know him.

Very poor experience. Never on time. Narcissistic, does not follow through with referrals. Staff are just ok. Please retire.

I have been going to Dr. Innes for 31 years and he is fantastic. Excellent patient connections and very knowledgeable. He has helped me through open heart surgery a spine injury and prostrate surgery as well as appendicitis surgery.

Dr. Innes made a house call which is almost unheard of nowadays to give me a shot that I needed and couldn't get from a pharmacist

This doctor needs an attitude adjustment. He massages his ego by lecturing. His interpersonal skills are missing. He does not like to refer. He is arrogant and forgetful. He used to be a good doctor. Needs to retire.

Great staff, horrible doctor. I went to get an Accutane refill since my regular GP was away. This doctor refused to refill my prescription unless I took a pregnancy test. When I explained that I had discussed contraceptive measures with my GP and wasn't sexually active with men while taking Accutane, he said that it wasn't good enough and asked me (direct quote) "what if you got raped?" Who asks a person that?
I asked him if he ever gave the same lecture to male patients, who are capable of impregnating women with the same potential birth defects. I also told him that a question like that could be very traumatizing to sexual assault survivors. He LAUGHED condescendingly. He then lectured me with incorrect information about my own lifelong medical condition for roughly 10 minutes and sent me on my way, still refusing to fill my prescription.

Absolutely terrible experience; would not recommend this doctor to anyone, but in particular not women or any members of the LGBTQ community.

Not that great! Had em for years... Has gone downhill. May as well use EQhealth online services, at least they are punctual and service oriented.
