A good doctor welcomes questions regarding his or her treatment plan. Dr.Diana Twiggs does not !!

I haven't had an experience with Dr. Twiggs, but I have with her partner, Dr. Decandis, and he was extremely rude and judgmental. He kept "taking notes" but didn't actually listen to a word I said. I have a chronic issue and he treated me like a medicine seeker and told me if I "lost weight" I would feel better. I'm 100 pounds soaking wet. I provided past and current medical record tests and results, yet he deemed me a liar. His office staff was also very rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend him as a physician!!!!!

I used Don Twiggs since he come to Fnda. Enjoyed a good relationship with him Tried Diana and nothing, she was unwilling to listen, and when questioned developed an attitude. I changed to the PA. I had heard that he could be moody but he wasn't with me. He recognized I had problems over and above my normal issues and sent me to specialists. He never rushed me through a visit. He took the time to listen and he answered my questions. He was a nice polite man, who is no longer there. He retired. I consider this a huge loss for Diana's practice since he was the draw for me. I consider the office staff as competent as they can be. The receptionist was no doubt hired for minimum wage. She appears to have no training and no desire to learn. Twiggs nurse is very help-full, the PA's not so much. I changed doctors after 30+ years at that office and wouldn't take my neighbor's dog to Twiggs to have his toe nails clipped. She's not a good doctor.

Called to make an appointment. Was referred by ER doc for a follow up since I don't have a PCP. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. I told her I needed an app't and was referred by an ER doc. She said she had nothing open till end of June for new patients. I simply asked "Should I call the ER doc back for a different referral?". I asked her because I didn't know if the ER doc referred this doc for a specific reason. The girls response was "Or you could look in the phone book". Guess what?? I did look in the phone book and contacted a very pleasant and polite Family Practice Clinic who will be getting my business!!! Punctual and knowledge rating are not accurate as I didn't actually make an appointment.

Recommend highly as a GP for specific issues. Not real proactive as far as patient health management.

Rude people! No eye contact and flat won't respond to questions when asked. Receptionist has serious attitude probs unless you go to her church! Man! If these were my kids they would get a slap upside the head for the way they talk to you. Thinking they not allowed to make calls because they ain't gonna call back whatever you want. Check and double check your scripts they don't take care with that. Keep an eye on what they bill too - they rip you off when they get a chance. Just had to found me a nother doc they made me so crabby and that just ain't right.

EVERYbody employed here seems to suffer deep mood swings from one minute to the next. The main receptionist is hellish! I get nervous the moment I walk in. Make an appointment and you can still wait 90 mins plus to be seen - leave a voicemail message or three but never expect them to call back. Prices have increased astronomically since joining Baptist Group and you don't know what you're going to pay until you get your bill. And maybe a few more bills up to several months later. I'm saying the admin is a shambles (make sure you CHECK bills and prescriptions fully!). Despite it all, Dr T and her PA do their job well in a cranky kinda way.

Dr. Diana Twiggs barely answers questions with one hand on the doorknob as she is trying to rush out the door. She speeds through appointments without taking time to listen. Not a good doctor at all! She did have a great staff but I had to find a new doctor because of her lack of care.
