Meeting Dr Starr was a blessing. Thanks to him I got rid of my gout it is now under control and I didn’t have any flare ups for the past 10 years.

I only had one visit with Dr Starr many years ago but that one visit changed my outlook. His advice to me that day set me on a whole new path, and a much more athletic life. I will be forever grateful for his knowledge and honesty. Instead of pills, he gave me the tools to change my lifestyle, which that improved my health 100%. Thank you, Dr Starr, I have never forgotten your excellent help. The crippling arthritis is long gone. And I’m going to keep it that way.

I have chronic pain that has been controlling my life since 2015 and before that, since 2011 I was controlling my pain (ignore, act tough and push through the pain). I really tried to live an average life, but unfortunately, when I do more then my body can handle, it backfires and my pain is more acute and takes longer to recover. All this to say that I'm 39 and after all the doctors I've seen in my life, it was the very first time I was allowed to read list of issues I have and dismisses me and only looks at the referral with the doctors note. I was even more surprised when he wanted to examine every aches and pains I listed. He took time to discuss possible diagnoses with me, asked me question about my history, because he read me file before hand.
All I have to say, is that this is the best experience I've ever had and other doctors could learn from him. I even had a peppiness to my walk, despite the fact I was in pain today. Thank you Dr. Starr!

Dr. Starr is amazing. I am so fortunate when he took over my file from adolescent to adult (it has been 20 years since). When I had moments of intense discomfort, Dr. Starr made sure he was accessible and able to tend to my condition. Thank you Dr. Starr.

Dr. Starr has been my rheumatologist for almost 5 years and he is the most caring, competent and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. His "bedside manner" is wonderful and I always leave his office feeling that he has made everything right...thank you, Dr. Starr!
