I actually really like Doctor Herbert. She is an excellent doctor. However, since doctor Herbert stopped being at this office & started having a Physician Assistant run this office. I have NOT been seen by an actual physician in over 2 years. There is NEVER a doctor here which I believe is not legal. Due to my health issues, I can no longer wait for this practice get better. I am going to sadly leave & find a practice that has a doctor in house. I'm not sure WHY doctor Herbert made this decision to NOT have a doctor in the facility. It is sad & short sighted. If you like welfare clinic style health care, then this is the place for you. It's not my choice, therefore I have to throw in the towel & find a doctor that cares.

I must say, I agree with most of the comments the patients make about the staff. Front desk, nursing staff and lab technician, all very serious, lack of empathy and does not care about patient's well being or care at all. Being in the health care myself I would never treat my patients like that. Given, you do have some patients that talk to you with an attitude or refuse to give you their HPI's so can inform the Doctor. All medical practices, common courtesy starts from the top. Its sad we live in a world where no one cares anymore.

Office personnel is not the most friendly. Not rude but certainly not warm and helpful. My real beef is the that the team does not wear scrubs, a couple of time the DR saw me without her white coat. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but, it not very professional.

I went to this office for about five years and I fnally had it. I am switching doctors as soon as possible. Dr. Herbert is horrible. I am glad that I am not the only one that sees her lack of knowledge, impersonal behavior, and attitude. I've noticed that through the few years that I have with this office that their tends to be a high turn over rate. That also showed me something.Dr. Herbert cant keep workers for a reason. The nice and decent staff that she does keep doesnt stay there which is a shame. This women is horrible....DONT GO HERE!My opinion about her changed when she misdiagnosed me four times and prescribed me medicine for illnesses that I didnt even had. I can't stand her.

Totally irresponsible staff. Given RX that caused a severe reaction, they were cold about it, no appology and insisted on charging me for a visit just to change the RX! Still waiting 2wks+ for bloodwork results, called 5 times, answg machine said they would reply in 48 hrs, that was 8 days ago. Quest said the Dr got the results 14 days ago! When I set the 1st appt, wasnt told they'd want to take blood or to fast, so they told me I had to come back for bloodwork within 7 days, but that they were closed Weds, had no appt Thurs, closed on the weekend, etc. The only option I had was a half-hr window on Friday morning, causing me to miss work again. Totally inflexible and stubborn/righteous, and they did not give me an option of going anywhere else. I insisted my first appt be w/the DR when I scheduled it, so I took an inconvenient time, and missed work to see the DR instead of the PA, got there & the PA was the only one working! They are awful! Misdiagnosed my rash twice.

I thought I was the only one... unfortunately I'm not. She was very strange from the first moment. She would come in the room and stand near the door or in the corner of the room as if she was trying to avoid touching me. Maybe she thought I was repulsive. I had a growth in my chest and she was obviously reluctant examine me. When she did, she quickly washed her hands and recommended I get a mamogram and ultra sound. When the results were revealed, she didn't even discuss with me what her professional opinion about what it could have been. Either she just wasn't knowledgeable or just didn't care. Then she gave me a number to schedule my own appointment instead of placing the call for me. I had to ask her to speak to a surgeon to increase my likelyhood of receiving an appointment date since the number she gave refused to see me right away. She did it and I got an appointment after twisting her arm. The surgeon I visited told me she should have done more. Seek a new PCP. Shame isn't it?

I am travelling out of the country and used the office to get my shots and prescriptions. I waited a long time to see the doctor and the woman who was processing my payment was new and made a few mistakes in that end which took about 30 minutes to rectify. My experience with the doctor and the nurse was just fine though. She was friendly and knowledgeable as a doctor and inquired about my travels the nurse was very kind and skilled. I left and while she's not my regular gp she was fine for what I did.

I had some tests done, but I never heard from her about the results. She never call back my drug supplier to authorize my prescriptions.
