I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for the 13 years I've lived in Tucson. Her staff has improved over that time, and now keeps the office humming smoothly. She is a thorough and very caring doctor. She'll recommend an over-the-counter or homeopathic treatment when appropriate, instead of more prescription medications. She truly understands the connection between body, mind, and emotional health. She has squeezed me in when I've had an emergency situation. She has taken extra time with me when I've needed to talk about my health issues longer than the normal appointment time. I am grateful that a friend referred me to her. I recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr. Miller is a rude, cold, and uncaring doctor. I don't think she knows what the Hippocratic oath means. She treats her patients as if they're a nuisance. She comes across as very prideful, arrogant, and demeaning. She seems selfish caring only about her schedule and not the needs of others. She doesn't listen well to people and is often short with them. While I'm sure she's competent as a doctor she has NO bedside manner. She is often curt, short with others, dismissive and lacks compassion. She is not the kind of doctor that I could recommend.

Dr. Miller failed to return two calls I made on my Father's behalf in the 3 days preceeding his death. The reason I made the calls was because I became alarmed about his helath. She never returned my calls. A few days later my Father died and no one informed me until two days after his death. Dr. Miller, who was his primary care physician, never notified me of his death. She never contacted me during the week I was in Tucson to take care of his affairs. She waited until approx. two weeks later to call me--when it was obviously too late. I asked her why she didn't return my two calls in the 3 days prior to my father's death. She said she was out-of-town. I checked with her staff and found out that she wasn't out-of-town, but seeing patients in her office. My Dad had always thought of Dr. Miller as a good friend. I guess he was wrong. She was just too busy seeing other patients to bother with an old man in the days before he died.

Dr. Miller is so kind and pleasant with all of her patients and really spends quality time with everyone that goes for an appointment. Her staff is very friendly and the entire experience is comfortable each time. I highly recommend her to everyone that I know!
