Insensitive and arrogant. Dismissed my concerns. Very disapointed

I have been going to Dr. Badday since 1991. He was recommended to me by a physician who was one of Dr. Badday's patients. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the years. I am able to set up an appointment in a short amount of time. He is very straightforward and is on time. If he says you will be seen at 10:00 a.m., you will seldom wait to be seen later than 10:15 a.m. His staff is also very helpful. Rochelle is a doll. She responds to any requests or questions I have in a timely manner. Dr Badday is a member of my PPO and my office visit co-pay is $20.00. Dan Dunn
