Dr Moe is top notch ! His knowledge , his personality and his attentiveness can’t be matched. He’s my favorite doctor and I’m always at ease when I step into the office. The staff is respectful and responsive. I always get a call back.

Dr. Elevado is very knowledgeable in medicine and would highly recommend him. Getting help can be tricky because you are always leaving a message ona nurses phone line and dont always call back in a timely manner

I like Dr. Elevado and agree that his bedside manner is great. I have to agree with others who find fault with the secretary. I have had numerous problems with her. A) She rarely answers the phone, so it is always phone tag to hear from her. B) She once was giving me the prep instructions for a colonoscopy instead of an endoscopy. Fortunately, I knew what the colonoscopy prep was because I had heard of it before. Otherwise, I would have done that prep instead of the right one. C) She scheduled me for their Cranston office once instead of the one I usually go to. D) She called a prescription into the wrong pharmacy once. I usually don't post complaints, but when I saw these others, I had to agree. She definitely is not doing Dr. Elevado any favors. I'm considering switching doctors just because I'm tired of never getting an answer when I call the office.

Dr. Elevado has been my Gastro Doctor for many years, He is a very compassionate, caring person and a great diagnostician. He genuinely cares about his patients, his bedside manner is second to none. He finds the time to sit and discuss just more than medicine. He's a top Doc in his field. I wouldn't go elsewhere ever.

I have read the post about his secretary and frankly find it untrue. While she can not always find me an appointment right away she will call me when there is a cancelation . After being with Dr Mo for year his practice has gotten a lot busier with all of us telling our friends and family and I believe she does the best that she can with the limited office time he has to see patients. I work in a busy health care office too and find that people can be unreasonable with their expectations. She is a considerate and caring person and has helped me tremendously an has never treated me with anything other then respect and kindness.

Look elsewhere.... Stephanie is the beast they describe below. No Dr is worth putting up with her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Elevado for many years now. He is a compassionate, caring and friendly doctor to visit. However, his secretary Stephanie is an ignorant, miserable, rude woman that does not care about the luckiness of her having a job in this day and age. She does not return calls when messages are left and makes you feel like a bother because you find yourself having to call numerous times just to get an answer or an appointment. I am beside myself wondering why Dr. Elevado keeps this woman when she is destroying his reputation daily???? I have made many complaints in the past about Stephanie hearing that she was not hired by him personally but by the owners of this practice. Therefore knowing this, I would rather go to an urgent care or ER than to see any of the other doctor's there because of this if Dr. Elevado is not there. This woman deserves to be fired!!! Dr. Elevado, you are a great physician that is why I stuck by you but with that beast of a secretary you have i'm unsure how much longer I can be faithful to you which hurts me dearly because you really are one fine man. I hope someone reads this as I have seen the same comments below about Stephanie and do something about this ASAP before your entire business goes down the tubes due to one unprofessional staff member! Thank you!

Dr. Elevado has been my gastro for many years. He is a very kind, smart, caring doctor. He has helped me through many many bad days . Unfortunately , his secretary is the bottomless of the most unprofessional, rude, ignortant and uncaring woman I've ever had to deal with in my life!! She hurts his reputation to the max! When you need to speak to or see your physician, as mine I do very often as my flares are completely life altering, your at rock bottom confined to your bathroom and bed and depressed because you know your week ahead is trouble and you have to speak to this rotten creature it makes your life even more horrible for that second. Rhode island is a small state as we all know...word of mouth is viral fast around here and I'm hearing the same from very many people the same as I'm feeling. I am stuck because I trust my life in dr. Elevados hands yet his arrogant secretary makes me want to leave his practice! For whomever is reading this, don't get me wrong he is a fabulous physician if only he'd make his reputation better by letting go of his horrific secretary while people like myself are horribly sick living with a disease that rules their life it would only make perfect sense at this point not to make your patients "sicker" having to be disrespected by this woman!

Dr.Elavado is the best! He is knowledgable , friendly and thorough. He makes you feel very comfortable and spends time discussing what ever is going on with you .
