as far as dr. green himself, he is an awesome doctor never had any issues, now his receptionist/ wife or who ever she is, is extremely rude, every time i need to make an appointment I'm praying its the other lady.. today i left in tears because she embarrassed me and made me feel stupid in front of the whole waiting room. it's quite obvious she hates her life and just needs to make people feel just as horrible as she is. she is definitly not the right person to be working this kind of job ,which requires patience, kindness, caring, and confidentiality which she has NONE of those things.

I want to encourage everyone who has dealt w his wife at his office to call 1-888-465-1100 and file a complaint w the ombudsman/minister of health for New Brunswick. Enough is enough w this this horrible woman! She refuses to make appointments if she doesn’t like you and says “we’re all booked”, “ call back another time.” My name will be going on the list for a new dr. I’ve seen him my whole life and I don’t care anymore. She’s very rude, unprofessional and full of herself!!! They’re both FIRED!

I find Dr. Green and his receptionist very rude and they say personal things that should not be brought up. Have to wait an hour and then he rushes me out, snapping if our time goes over 5 minutes.

Dr Green is a very good doctor. His wife has No bed side manners. She should not be working there. You can tell she does NOT like her job. I hate calling to make appointment and she says we are all booked up till next month. I loved when Cindy was there she was the BEST. U could call to make an appointment . Than Cindy would say you could come today or tomorrow I would say yes. Never once would Cindy say a month or more down the road. I think Dr Green needs her to come back or have Tammy work 5 days a week.

Dr Green is amazing. Helpful and knowledgeable. His secretary/ wife NEVER answers the phone. It’s like I don’t have a doctor. The only day the phone gets answered is Tuesday when they have a different secretary.

Dr.Green is wonderful! He has been my doctor my whole life and makes going to the doctor such a comfortable experience. He is thorough and goes all the way to get to the bottom of your problems. However his wife is the most rude and unprofessional person ever. She has blatant disregard for your privacy and announces your medical business to the whole room while you stand there. It is also impossible to get her to answer the phone. If he were’t such a great doctor she would surely turn me to go elsewhere.

Has been my family doctor for many years. He has always given the best advise and treats every visit will concern and care..... Having a doctors practice is a lot of work and he has to have strong staff to make sure his office runs smoothly. I consider him and his employees apart of my family. Dr. Green is the best hands down.

Dr Green is wonderful! So knowledgable. His wife/secretary is the most horrible unprofessional and unreliable person in her industry. She makes excuses, which always lead back to "her" issues. She takes zero accountability for anything and she will tell u at least 5 times during one conversation that she is "too busy" to help. Test results will sit and not be reviewed , ppwk lost or misplaced or sent to appropriate people. Cannot understand why patients have to continue to endure her unprofessionalism! Its because they love their family dr!! Cannot say enough good things about this Dr. The only exception might be, why oh why oh why do u allow her to run ur office in such a manner.
