Dr. O'Neill is a very competent doctor who is very professional and attentive to the needs of his patients. I must note that there is usually a lengthy wait past your appointment but you are never rushed through an appointment. I highly recommend him. BUT!!! His office staff is the absolute WORST! You are never greeted cheerfully. More like you have interrupted her lunch break and she has to wait on you. I have personally called requesting information and nothing is ever followed up on. Her answer is always "i will check with doc and get back to you". She never does! EVER! It is a shame because a poor staff can destroy even the most competent doctor's reputation.

Doctor O'Neill is a really good doctor, and I have been with him for many years. He is competent, thorough, and makes sure you are comfortable. His staff is terrible, though; combative, argumentative, and it takes several phone calls for them just to return yours; sometimes they simply don't. I am fortunate enough not to have to see a doctor often, but I hate going to this office or calling simply because of the staff members. The nurses are good, though.

O'neil is a great Doctor but needs to get rid of his admin staff. They are terrible and either lie or are misinformed. I left because of the admin staff. When you ask to talk with the Dr they say they will leave a message but you never hear back and they won't give you his email.

Dr. O'Neill and his staff always make time to get me in. Dr. O'Neill spends time explaining his diagnosis and gives me some history on it. I wish all doctors spent time w/patients.

I have a chronic, very serious health condition. Dr O'Neill's staff ALWAYS gets me in to see him on the same day that I call. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, decisive, listens to you, answers all of your questions & doesn't rush you. His office staff has been with him for a long time, so that in itself says a lot about him. They are top-notch also.

Dr. O Neil is thorough and provides as much time as in necessary to complete his exam, which may be why there is sometimes a wait beyond your appointment time. I would rather have the good doctor myself than worry only about time. I feel comfortable discussing any issues with him. He has called in the later evening with lab results so he does not worry about the clock when he is working with you.

Excellent doctor! Treats the whole person and monitors and follows conditions closely, advancing treatment as needed and calling in specialists when warranted. Personable and spends enough time to probe for more information if needed. Teaches patients how to manage chronic conditions and is supportive while learning. Works in tandem with medical aid units for treatment of acute needs. If scheduling falls behind it is usually because an emergency or high need patient has called for spending more time - something I would want if it were me...

Dr. O'Neill is an excellent physician who spends enough time with me to figure out if anything is going on. He does not rush in and out of the appointment. He has a extensive knowledge of pharmeceuticals and when to use them. He reviews all of my Lab Reports and calls me during the evening hours if something isn't right. What more could someone ask for. Thanks DOC. You've kept my medical life in order.

Dr. O'neill is intellegent and knowledgeable, also a caring person. He has been there for me through many serious illness, long term diseases as well as family deaths.
