Dr Gagné is mostly on time, and very helpful especially during Covid. He was my mother’s cardiologist and at the beginning she hated sarcasm and impatience but over time he became her favorite doctor and was very attentive. He helped her to avoid complications just before her death. Thank you Dr Gagné.

His Office Secretaries do not respect, the Doctor to patient appointement.
