My son saw Dr.Clark today (he is 5) , and he was very warm and approachable, listened to my son and I, asked us questions etc...it wasn't a long appointment (prob 5 mins) but it didn't feel rushed, just to the point and the doctor answered all of my questions and felt I was listened to respectfully. I thought it was a good appointment overall.

BONNIE if you read this just RETIRE or lose oxygen, your tone of voice is crucial in your field of work and YOU sound like a complete b!tc# every single time I’ve talked to you. I haven’t seen you face to face yet and I hope I do🤢. Also dr Clarke needs to spend more time with his patients, the two times I seen him at his office we talked for not even 2-3 minutes and I was scurried out the door 🤷🏻‍♂️

We timed our last visit - we were in his office for about 45 seconds. Apparently there was "no point talking to us" until we had been contacted by the hospital to have a follow-up test performed. Unfortunately, no one told us anything about any test, and his office didn't bother to see if the results we were apparently supposed to be reviewing had arrived in the office. I took a half day off work, took my daughter out of school for the morning, and drove for 45 minutes each way to hear that. I was extremely unhappy, but did nothing - no one in this province can afford to call out a specialist's office for crummy practices, lest we be compelled to wait another two years for the honour to visit another one. Bet your bottom dollar he billed MSP for the "follow-up appointment" though.

At another visit, he asked if my kid's hearing had improved and, when I said that we didn't think it had, he told me (completely seriously) that "she's probably just not listening to you". This in front of my extremely respectful kid, who was quiet the whole ride home and then asked me if the ear doctor thinks she's rude (ignoring someone is rude, in her correct understanding).

At no visit has he ever closed the door to his office (may detract precious billing seconds, I guess?) which is directly adjacent to the waiting room, which means everyone there gets to hear you or your child's entire appointment.

I'd say "avoid this guy if you can", but good luck in this pathetic medical system.

Our daughter has had the misfortune of being referred to Dr Clark for a couple of issues. He spent very little time with her in each case and was completely dismissive. Terrible bed side manner. Will never see him for any reason in the future.

After a few exceptionally short visits I timed my time in the room with Dr Clarke. 17 seconds.
Patients are back to back, minutes apart. He does his dictation before you are out of the room and the next person walks in.. We have been going for years. He has lost his way. Throws out prescriptions without proper investigation. Dedicate the time your patients need or retire.
It’s a whole new world when you switch doctors.

The 3 appointments I have had with Dr. Clarke have been less then 2 minutes each. In and Out. He is not interested in explaining or listening. I had to give him a good rating on punctuality as everyone is in and out so fast he's ahead of schedule.

I had a painful bump on the outer edge of my ear, (Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis)
and needed to have it surgically removed. I identified where it was on my ear when I saw him for 2 minutes in his office and again sitting in the chair on the day of surgery. I rubbed the exact spot with my thumb and finger... the exact bump. He froze my ear and cut out the wrong bump. Avoid this guy at all costs.

I had my first appointment with Dr Clarke today. From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I felt well cared for. The receptionist staff was warm and friendly. I did not feel like I was being “processed”, but that I was being listened to. The waiting area is delightful and helps out you at ease. Dr. Clarke himself, is knowledgeable, and caring. It was one of the best in office medical experiences I have ever had. Kudos to Dr Clarke and his staff.

Dr. Clarke performed a laryngoscopy in his office. It was quick, easy and free of discomfort during and after. Yes I was happy to get good news..but equally pleased with the way the procedure was done. Dr Clarke was friendly, affable and approachable.
