Un vrai sauvage. J'ai été le voir chez Delta santé à Gatineau pour un bilan. Je suis diabétique et je voulais voir si mes reins et mon foie fonctionnaient correctement. Il m'a refusé une requête, n'a aucunement revisé ma médication et j'avais besoin d'un médicament pour dormir et il m'a plutôt prescrit in antidepressant, alors que j'en prenais déjà, étant sévèrement déprimée. Bref, il s'est complètement foutu de moi et n'a rien fait pour moi. Il était d'une arrogance et d'une brutalité rare. J'ai même fondu en larmes, étant dans un état fragile et manquant de sommeil. Il a ensuite quitté le bureau sans au revoir, me laissant seule. Il ne devrait pas travailler avec les gens. Il est pourri.

Dr. Tran was excellent: provided advice on alternative natural treatments so I would resort to antibiotics only if other less invasive solutions are insufficient. I like that approach to health and find that most doctors do not offer that broad range of options. Dr Tran took the time go go through my background , do a physical examination and explain his thinking, despite my being a last patient at the end of a long day. I appreciated my visit.

Awful experience with this Dr. at his new location at the Centre de Santé Communautaire Avicenne in Gatineau. After waiting for 2 hours to see him, he presented himself without his mask on after seing a covid positive patient. I was there with my newborn baby and was concerned for his safety. I respectfully asked if he could put on his mask properly (it was on his chin). He got angry and refused to answer my questions regarding preventive mesures at the clinic and dismissed my concerns. He then started telling about "hysterical mothers" and how my baby would be fine. He was incredibly impolite; interrupted me constantly despite my efforts to finish my sentences; angry and was lacking basic human compassion and empathy. Dr. Hong Phuc Tran Le is deeply rooted in misogyny and needs additional empathy training. It is so unfortunate as the staff is wonderful there and the other doctor I've seen there was excellent.

Unknown Leg pain from surgery, prescribed me medication that made my leg swell up, went back and he just upped the dose and refused anything else, no x-ray or scan. He didn't even touch my leg or anything. Avoid this doctor at Medigo. He's extremely unhelpful and rude.

This doctor is rude, dismissive and shows very little professionalism. Not quite sure he actually likes his job. This unfortunately shows through the way he treats his patients. Also not sure if he respects his patients or their time. You can be on time but do expect another long wait. The average wait time for him to see you is 40 to 50 min. He puts him time before his patients. Like others have comment here, he brings his personal issues, values to his practice. It will help if he is not as racist, sexist at his job. Generally speaking, the patient gets very little helpful doctor's professional treatment for 1.5 hr spent waiting.

Dr Lee very insecure wife gets way too involved prescribing without a license always miss communication with her in the pharmacy The only service to people that have a culture very races staff very condescending rude never gets back to you with an appointment Dr Lee works in Ontario and Quebec and usually there for the money not a lot to care did not know how to communicate with patients cannot look at you in the eye no compassion .
