Potampa (I won't call him Dr) does not listen to patients, does not know what his assistant has already done, and is quite condescending. I had to practically fight to get out of his exam room because he refused to listen to my personal medical history and correct his misdiagnosis. He needs to retire.

Had a very poor experience with Dr. Potampa. He got flustered when I asked for details about my issues with my eyes and was in a rush to get me out the door. The staff was quite incompetent and did not return my calls promptly and Dr. Potampa never bothered to talk to me in person even when I asked to chat with him. Very poor experience.

Be careful with Dr. Potampa. I went for a vision check and he conducted schirmer test (the check the moisture inside the eye). I don't know what happen but after this test I have had several complications.
