I have been going to Dr. Lau for about 15 years now. I will not go anywhere else again. Her and her staff have always made me feel comfortable and cared for when I am in that chair. She deals straight up and honest, I now have a good mouth thanks to her.

She gives all the information you want, but will not push you to do expensive treatments or procedures (as I have seen from my previous dentist). Excellent hygienist, very knowledgeable and skilled.
Appointments sometimes 5-10min late, but it can be the fault of other patients.

One of the better place to clean my teeth. The hygenists are good overall and did a thorough job cleaning.

this docter does not know how to treat people and her staff is very rude. they talk about their personal lives more than talk to me

I am a Dentist that ended up working as an assistant here in Canada, I've worked for more than 40 dentist here in BC and without a doubt she is one of the best, you might not have the chance to feel that you are in a high tech office but who cares when the most important thing is the honesty and knowledge of the dentist, even though I don't work there anymore I still recommend her to all my friends.

Does not use the latest dental filling materials or equipment. Still uses amalgam/silver filings. Otherwise a very nice dentist.

Dr. Lau has been my Dentist for the last 14 years. I would not go to anyone else for my Dental Care. I am always able to get an appointment that does not interfere with my work. Her staff is always helpful with all my needs. Dr. Lau made me proud to smile again.
