Dr. Robichaud is no longer practicing in Bathurst. His office closed up suddenly and he didn't let his patients know he was leaving. I have no idea where my chart might be now.

He was very rough with me when filling my cavities, and cut up the inside of my cheeks in doing so. He has been my dentist for all my life (19 years) but I will be switching from him because he has developed a nasty attitude over the years. He got mad at me for cancelling two appointments because I was very sick, and yelled at me in the lobby enough to make me break down crying in front of everyone like a baby. His dental hygienists, I admit, are very nice ladies, it's just him that needs an attitude adjustment.I will be switching to Dr. Chamberlain.

The reason for my appointment was because I had a Crown over my right "Canine tooth" that fell out. So, he informed that it had to come out! He began to try and extract that tooth, he was having extreme difficulty and while he was trying to pull it out, I began to verbalize my discomfort and he continued, which I found him to be very "Rough". When he finally pulled my tooth I accidentally let out "Bad" Curse words. I began to immediately apologize profusely to him and I tried to explain to him the Curse words I said were not directed at him. I thought he accepted my apology, but when I was home later in the week, I was having severe pain, so I saw him on March 25th and he said the pain was an exposed never root on my Premolar tooth, so he put some "Sealer" on it which helped a lot! But, he was very "Pissed" off at me and he didn't want me back at his office ever! Be warned that he is very arrogant, egocentric; keep your Bad words to yourself! I would not recommend him to anyone!

I had to have extensive work done on my teeth. Dr. Robichaud restored my mouth and I am not ashamed to smile now. His dental assistants are wonderful. Especially attentive to your pain issues - used freezing gel before needles, etc. Would highly recommend this dentist for any work you need done!

I am the type of patient who never liked going to the dentist but Dr. Robichaud and his staff always made me feel very confortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients wellness by the way he explains the procedure to be done. He is very considerate towards the need of his patient and always does his work with care and perfection in mind. I always feel like he gives me the best treatment regarding my oral health and I have since recommended his office many times to friends and family.

Dr. Robichaud has been my dentist since I was 5 years old. He is by far the best dentist I had. I lived in ontario and out West for a few years and I have always come back to his office to get all my dental work done. I have total confidence in him and his work. He is very knowledgeable and does wonderful work. Dr. Robichaud and his staff has ALWAYS been very professional and friendly towards me and my family! I strongly suggest Dr. Robichaud to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

i think it was rude the way he bossed around his staff and the admosphere was really cold...he was quick on putting down the job of my last dentist without knowing what my case was..all together just bad service
