I can't express enough how thankful I am to Dr. Williamson. My breast reduction turned out beautifully and greatly improved the quality of my life. It was well worth the wait.

I want to thank Dr. Williamson and his team. My experience was absolutely excellent. Dr. Williamson is not only personable, but he ensured that I had all the information in order to make an informed decision. I was treated with care and respect throughout the processes in its entirety, from pre-op through recovery. A breast reduction this year was the final measure to help decrease back pain. I am beyond happy with the results. The pain has decreased which has positively affected my day-to-day living. If I had to choose again, I would still select Dr. Williamson and his team. You will not be disappointed.

I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Williamson almost a year ago and am so happy with the results! It has genuinely changed my life. He was very professional throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and communicated very clearly. My results are amazing (perfectly symmetrical); no more back/neck pain, I sleep better, I live a much more active lifestyle and feel so much more confident overall.

Dr Williamson did my breast revision surgery last month. He thoroughly explained the explant, implant, lift and nipple correction procedures before I booked the surgery. I later arranged to talk with him closer to my surgery date because I had more questions. On the day that he met with me online he was running about an hour late; however, he still took the time to respond to all my concerns. I felt much better after he told me he has done a lot of similar surgeries.
Prior to this, I discovered that some doctors will not operate on patients with existing implants. When I tried to get a referral from a walk-in clinic GP, I was told “they all want to put them in but no one wants to take them out”. It’s not true but that’s all I got.
Although I didn’t meet with any other doctors in the Okanagan, I had consultations with some in Vancouver. Can’t recommend any of them.
One doctor told me he would remove a tattoo as a bonus. Hmmm. No. I eventually scheduled surgery with a different doctor in Vancouver. I had to go to his office again and during that appointment, he told me where to stand, then reached out and gave me a shove. Then he told me not to let him knock me over. I failed his fitness test so he repeated it. That’s when he decided I would have to be an inpatient. And he said that my surgery would be challenging; it would take all day. According to Dr Williamson, my surgery would be 2 ½ hours.
Over the years some doctors advised me to leave the implants alone although I had capsular contracture. Bad advice. They become more difficult to remove.
If you’re undecided about surgery, read the reviews and then go to Dr Williamson for a consultation. After my initial appointment with him, I knew I wasn’t going to find anyone better for my surgery. It helps that he’s very cool and very, very kind.

I had the pleasure to meet Dr David Williamson a few years ago as I was looking to find a Plastic Surgeon with micro surgery experience to perform a breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. My first reconstruction had failed but it wasn't to his doing it was more the delicate nature of the procedure itself. After some healing time I decided I had wanted to try another attempt with another procedure so Dr David Williamson and Dr Scott Williamson performed my most recent procedure. I am very happy to say that everything went well and I am grateful to both of these Dr's. I had a lot of questions to ask about these procedures and I was so nervous but both of these Dr's stepped up and were so caring and got back to me promptly which helped me immensely. I feel whole again and more like my old self. Thankyou again, Tamara S

Dr David Williamson really is an artist at his craft! I had am abdominoplasty and I could not be more shocked and thrilled with the results. Not only is my tummy firm, tight, and flat but I suffer from Endometriosis and the painful discomfort/ distention I was getting from this is probably 90% improved! Not only was he excellent but the staff and anesthesiologist were incredible, as any time I've been put under before I'd wake very very groggy and was simply amazed by how alert I'd felt upon waking!! This is definitely the clinic you want to go to if considering having any surgery. Thank you sooooo much!!!!

9 days post op from full abdominoplasty with muscle repair and lipo. Very ethical dr.! He talked me out of more procedures as it created more risk of complications. Many surgeons are out for the $$ but this doctor is amazing and really cares about his patients. Staff is amazing. I was so well informed about the whole process and felt very comfortable with my decision. Although I am still in some significant discomfort still, I know the final results months from now will be amazing. Highly recommend Doctor David Williamson.
