Absolutely the worst customer service and front desk receptionist I have dealt with in a long time!!

Made an appointment for father experiencing, they made a appointment 5 days out and which is fine, eventhough I expressed urgency, today (day of appointment) she called to cancel the appointment with no explanation and further more saying there is no appointments till after July 13ty (almost 3 weeks out). I again explained the urgency and she responded with "it is what it is, you may find another doctor"!

Absolutely will not use them again and I caution everyone thinking of using them! this level of unprofessional behavior is absurd!!

Good doctor but he has a bad attitude. I requested to close the door when he was asking me personal questions. he did not replying his patients are deaf so I should not be concerned. His fees are high comparing with other doctors.

Dr. Stein is a kind, attentive, knowledgeable doctor. He's been my doctor for 16 years, and is invariably helpful with any problems. Highest recommendation.

Went in for broken nose. Told I needed major surgery, he wanted 6,000 cash. Subsequently two other plastic surgeons confirmed the surgery was unwarranted and unconscionable, as well as overpriced. Always get a second opinion with this guy.
