Sadly all the bad reviews are true. The "Dr." part should be removed from her title. The receptionist is a photocopy of her boss. This Dr. treats you depending if she thinks you're worthy of being in her office. I've always had respect and high regard for a Dr. but Muresan gives Doctors a bad name.

where to begin? probably the worst experience i have ever had. Judemental, condescending, rude beyond belief. Does not let you finish a sentence. This lady is aggressive when she speaks, and raises her voice. It is insane to think she is a doctor supposed to help and heal people. I felt there feeling worse. I have been dealing with hip nerve pain for 3 years, my orthopedic asked me to see a neurologist. He said sounds like a pinched nerve. She tells me its not a real pain. It is all in my head. To see a specialist to tell my brain this pain is fake. In other words she had no idea what to do. The answer....it is all in my head. Other people have said the same thing. If she does not know how to help it is all in our head the physical pain we feel. I hope medical boards read these reviews. Some people are meant to be docs. Some are not. No compassion as she rushed me out the door saying i cannot help you. I will get help from a real doctor.

After reading some negative comments, I had an appointment on December 14, 2023, and I hesitated to go to my appointment, but I decided to go to find out the cause of my medical condition. The receptionist was very courteous and cooperative with a beautiful smile. After that, I dealt with the doctor’s assistant. She helped me endure the test that she took on me, and she was patient with me when I was nervous, and after that I met Dr. Muresan was very thoughtful and thoughtful in explaining my condition, and that my condition does not require any medications or surgical intervention, and with time the nerve will return to normal, contrary to what I read, she shrieks at the patient, and I did not witness this even while I was waiting for my turn. Even the dog did not harass any patient while waiting for his turn, and did not come close. From anyone, which indicates that he is an excellent training trainer. Finally, I thank you. I wanted to clarify something that I witnessed myself, and I thank Dr. Muresan and her assistants are very welcoming and treating the patient, and I recommend visiting her, as she is an excellent doctor

I can’t with this Dr no more.

I fired her years back because she always wants referrals. Dr’s get more money when they have referrals. She wanted them yearly and I am sorry but if you are already my Dr I should not need them at all. I am a single mother and I can miss work for referrals that she wants and at the level she requests them.

I was told by another Dr who gave me and my daughter reluctantly a referral all while saying she is scamming the system. She said it was highly unethical.

My daughter has epilepsy. 7 years as a patient still asking for referral - she a license so the Dr has to fill out the papers every year.

My daughter went in today and came out saying she will never see her again. For the same reason why I stopped seeing her. She is incredibly rude and condescending and made my daughter feel utterly stupid and useless. My daughter said from now on she will just use the emergency because she just can’t either.

She may be smart but she is a flipping dumb*sswhen it comes to caring for her patients. She never follows up with my daughter and my daughter hasn’t had a eeg in 7 years. She almost refused to give her a referral. Funny a Dr demanding referrals to see her, almost refused one.

She told my daughter that she was lucky she accepted her today without a referral (and she gave us an emergency appointment). She also told my daughter that how she is feeling is just anxiety and in her head. My daughter feels seizures are coming on but she is able to get out of them but eventually she will have an absence seizure and cut her hand off in culinary class or something similar.

DO NOT GO SEE HER!! SHE IS A NARCISSIST THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT HERSELF AND NOT HER PATIENTS.

Those with good reviews are flipping lucky they get the nicer side of her!!!

dr muresan is one of the very best in her field, it shows in the way she treats people. she takes a lot of time explaining and she tells you the truth. I consider myself the luckiest person on earth to have found this neurologist. words aren't simply enough to express my feelings. God bless you doc!

I am perplexed by some of these ratings on here. I have had the priveledge of having Dr Muresan as my doctor for several years now. She has saved my life. She takes the time to listen to me and discuss my disease, try new medications and research possible new treatments. She reaches out to check on me and her assistant Cathy is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her office is super clean and her dog is basically like a therapy dog. Together Dr Muresan and Cathy have always made me feel very comfortable and even communicate with my wife by email. Anyone who has the priveledge to get an appointment with Dr Muresan is fortunate and she will take the time to help you.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Muresan for quite a few years now. As for her medical knowledge she is very good. She always was trying different medications and treatments to help with my headaches.
I’ve always felt extremely stressed and uncomfortable when I had an appointment. You never know what mood she’s going to be in. Once I had made the mistake of writing down the wrong time and showed up late. This was totally my fault and expected she would be annoyed which she was and made a small comment but then seemed ok.
I have never had any issue with her secretary. In fact on my last visit she even helped me download an app.
I will NEVER be going back to Dr. Muresan after my last visit. She was beyond rude to the point my family wanted her reported to the Medical board for verbal abuse. It’s taken me a long time to write this review and I wasn’t going to as I’ve put it in the past. I did for future patients that might have to deal with this and know they don’t have to!
As I sat on eggshells in her office she looked at me and asked how far did you go in school? Innocently I replied grade 11. Her reply was “It Shows”! I was so taken aback that I couldn’t believe what I just heard. Don’t forget going back 40 years University wasn’t like it is today. After a minute I replied I’m more of an artsy type ..... her reply again “we’ll i know many artists that are geniuses” so basically telling me I’m stupid. It got worse as afterwards I was waiting in her office and she came out in front of other patients and started talking to me in a loud tone saying if you don’t keep track and send me your migraine chart find a new dr. I told her I have all my migraines noted in my phone. She just ignored me. I left and will never return.

Late on his secudle wishes to finish at 4 p.m. and takes only 5 min without examining me to tell me that I have nothing when another neurologist took the time to examine me and that I have a neurological problem. She made me stop my temporary medication given by my family doctor when it was the perfect medication for me.

There's a dog in the waiting area and plenty of things to trip over and fall over. It's very unclean.
