Receptionist was very rude, inconsiderate and had an attitude when spoke over the phone. Very unpleasant experience. Didn't end up seeing the doctor, perhaps the doctor is nice but the front end experience left a very bad impression.

Dr. Ubhi is an exceptional doctor, with a kind heart. Many specialists don’t possess the bedside manner that he does, so they hire staff to make up for that. Dr. Ubhi has no need of that, in fact because he is so kind I believe he has his office manager (don’t call her a receptionist) ensure that he is not taken advantage of. I agree, she is abrupt, but put yourself in her shoes. Sure, pls and ty would be lovely, but please keep in mind that people also treat you the way you treat them. You are quite fortunate if you get to see this man. Perhaps some of you should respect his judgement on the staff he employs. I have nothing at all negative to say about this doctor. He is absolutely, hands down, the best doctor/specialist I have ever seen, and I have seen a few.

I was so happy to have Dr. Ubhi as my OB. He always made me feel comfortable and reassured me everything was okay. Nothing but great things to say. Thank You!

Amazing doctor! So kind and extremely knowledgeable! Fixed my c-sections scar done by another doctor, now it is all smooth and perfect from Dr. Ubhi! Thank you!

Only thing is he needs a receptionist who matches his kindness.

Dr. Ubhi is lovely. A very kind, grandfatherly figure who is supportive and wonderful to deal with.

One of his office staff (receptionist?) though ... I have no idea how someone like that can keep a job where she deals with people. Every interaction I have had with her has been at best unpleasant, at worst profoundly negative. She is rude, disrespectful, and argumentative to the point of unprofessionalism and I suspect Dr. Ubhi is just too nice to fire her.

I saw another comment defending her and I suspect it was written by her or another staff member lol. I don't know how she can be considered "amazing" at her job when basic professionalism with the patients *is* part of the job. You shouldn't have to deal with anyone in a certain way in order to be treated with basic courtesty.
