She is very rude. She disrespected my mother for not being good at speaking English and she wrote the word arrogant on a paper and told my mother to go look it up in an English dictionary. When I told her that she couldn't say that to anybody, she just responded by saying "so?" and she was smirking. AWFUL DOCTOR.

Went to Dr. Greenspan to treat an itchy rash and remove a skin tag. I was very satisfied with the treatment and advice she gave. She insisted on checking my body for skin cancer. She seemed very knowledgable of skin cancer in general. I thought she had good bedside manner; she was like a sweet Jewish grandmother. I feel comfortable recommending her for noncosmetic dermatology (I don't know what kind of cosmetic services she offers). My only complaint was the office staff. It's a big office with many doctors working there and they only had two workers to greet incoming patients. They're totally overwhelmed. It took them hours to find the referral from my PCP. If you call the office to discuss a billing or insurance issue, they just keep transfering you to another person and nobody knows what's going on. In a nutshell, Dr. Greenspan is great, the office staff are in disarray.

I had gone to her about what I thought was lesion on my nose at the initial visit it was the size of a pin head..was told not to worry about it she was unconcerned about it 3 months later I was back that it now changed color still she was unconcerned was told to come back in 6 months which I did and now it was the size of the lead of a #2 pencil she again said not to worry about she wasn't concerned..I persisted and she made another appt for me to have a biopsy 2 weeks later..again I went back and noticed she had xylocain on the prep tray told her of my allergy to it and lidocaine she proceeded to use it causing immediate swelling and inflammation to my nose and cheek and shortness of breath. She again said she was doing this against her better judgement two days later she called me to say it was malignant and that I would need Mohs surgery She is a joke not a physician PATIENTS BEWARE
