Lors de ma consultation pour le cancer du sein, j’ai trouvé Dr. Begin très gentil, calme, à l’écoute, prenait son temps pour m’expliquer mon état de santé et répondait à mes questions. Suite à ma mastectomie double totale en février 2024, j’étais impressionné de ma cicatrice qui a été bien faite. Je suis très contente que mes soins fut faite par ce chirurgien. Je le remercie!!

this doctor operated me for a flesh eating bacteria , he has zero empathy , very dismissive , no explanations . i was operated 7 times for this , the last reconstructive surgery was botched, he stapled my lower abdomen to my upper thigh instead of doing a skin graft like he was supposed to because he was running late ,using metal staples wich i am intolerant to, ended being infected once again . my nurses that came to my house to remove and change my bandages asked me if it was an intern that had operated me because the job was so sloppy . When i went to the hospital he checked my surgery , said everything was ok , was dismissive of my pain, and told me it was normal that i was bleeding thru. the same night i was taken to the hospital in the middle of the night by ambulance . i had a shock anti biotic treatment and needed to stay in hospital for 5 days . needless to say my lower abdomen is botched

Incompetent and s****y doctor. He’ll end up making your problems and concerns worse by playing God. Don’t understand how he has a license probably paid for it. Is not bilingual and has no ounce of empathy and patient blames for someone in a helping profession. Doesn’t bother to consul other doctors findings or concerns or medical results, he’ll just look at you and use his assumptions as a diagnosis. You’ll end up dead with this joke

I don't think that this guy is competent. At the very least he's tactless. He was not curious about the disorder. He was dismissive of other doctors findings. He could not or would not speak English. It was an unprofessional experience. Medical care in the Outaouais is third-world and he's not even up to that standard

J'ai eu une référence pour un examen avec lui suite à une maladie virale au VPH qui a infesté le bas de "mon anatomie" si vous voyez ce que je veux dire en 2008. Mon médecin de famille a constaté les dégâts avant de faire la référence. En examinant même pas plus de 10 secondes il me dit "Je vois vraiment rien". Frustré il a jeté son instrument sur la table en me regardant comme si je lui avait fait perdre son temps.

Alors sur le point de sortir, la porte ouverte, il rajoute "Prochaine fois que vous voulez faire des choses comme ça, mettez au moins un condom!" et la porte de referme brusquement. Les gens dans la salle d'attente me regardent tous en se posant visiblement des questions.

Quelle moustique l'as piqué? Je ne sais pas. Je suis content pour ceux qui ont une bonne expérience. Mais moi: je ne recommande absolument pas.

I felt like he was gaslighting my IRM result and he was willing to skip surgery and leave me like that, when I had repeated infection during 1 year, did not believe that I have an injury inside me, because he could not feel it, instead of just looking at the image. Asked me several times if I had not inflicted the injury on myself, before and after surgery. Now I am afraid to meet him again and feel that my problem is just a joke for him. Please I just looking for help, if you don't want to help, leave your job...

I give him 2 stars because the surgery went well but I really hated my appointment with him.

Je n'avais pas de médecin de famille lorsque j'ai découvert que j'avais une masse au sein . J'ai été a la clinique du sein du dr Bégin , ou on a confirmé que c'était un cancer et j'ai été opérée rapidement . Je suis tres satisfaite du résultat , j'ai été en confiance tout au long du processus et je n'ai que de bon mot a dire

Was sent by family doctor for hernia surgery. First thing he said was l didn’t look healthy with out any exam. And refuse to operate because HE didn’t think it was needed.
