I enjoyed meeting the Dr, he was very kind and knowlegable. The front office check in lady was a bit out of sorts. I wasn't able to explain my insurance concerns until she had all my information scanned. She seemed stressed out.

Dr Strasser did not seem to care much about my wife's condition. We could tell he just wanted us iin and out as fast as possible.

Dr. Stasser asked why I was there. When I read 3 of my 5 medical complaints, he told me he didn't want to hear my "laundry list" and asked again why I was there. The same conversation was repeated so I conceded to three problems and left the office with the other two questions unspoken and unanswered. In my opinion, the Dr. was arrogant and uninterested in working with his patient. Should I decide to visit a nose/ear/throat Dr. in the future, I'll go elsewhere (out of town, if necessary).
