He's a vastly overrated doctor who at almost 80 yrs of age, shouldn't be allowed to operate any longer. Engage him at your peril

I was in front of Paley for probably less than 10 minutes when he immediately diagnosed me with a sinus problem and said I needed surgery. It took me awhile to get through all of my questions, not because I had so many, but because every time I began to ask one, Paley would cut me off and answer what he thought I would be asking – which was generally not the case. I tried to look past the impolite bed-side manner, but then I got a bill in the mail for $217.81 for a procedure that I apparently had when I was in the office (this did not include my copay). This bill came 7 months after the procedure and there was no explanation from the office, no EOB from my insurance, and no notification on the bill explaining what this superfluous charge was for. I never discussed doing any procedures with Paley, nor would I have agreed to do any. I was also never notified of any additional charges that would take place while I was sitting in his office. Hmm, must have been a mix-up, so I called in to explain to them that no such procedure was done and that I would have never approved doing any procedure during an initial office visit. Also, why would I need to do said procedure when Paley eye-balled my face and said I needed surgery right-off-the-bat in order to fix the issue? The office has since refused to remove the charges.
I also want to point out that the picture on yelp of him is extremely deceiving. I’m not one to judge on age, but this guy is at least 10-15 years older than the picture he has posted.

Dr. Paley did sinus surgery on me over 20 years ago. It was such an easy experience compared to the barbaric experience that I had w/a previous sinus surgery a few years before. I am still breathing easy and remain a loyal patient who refers Dr. Paley on a regular basis. He's amazing!

This was the worst experience3 of my life. Dr. Paley was a good sales man saying he was going to perform surgery to improve my breathing. With his overly aggressive surgery he cause collaspe of my nose so i can not breath anymore. Since revisionary surgery was beyond his expertise for the operation he discharged me as patient and kept the money. His sarcastic egotistical sense of human made the whole thing a trip through hell.
