Definition of a bad doctors office. Horrible staff, 40 minute wait times due to double and triple booking appt times, extremely bad bedside manner, poor English skills, and shady billing that verges of insurance fraud. Unfortunately he is the only ENT within 3 hours.

My has a speech problem and it has been strongly reccomended by both his speech therapists and his teachers that he be given tubs but he refuses to help us. His answer is to keep writing prescriptions for medications while my son continues to get ear infections. My sons pediatrition reccomends tubes and is very frustrated too with Dr. Prasana as he won't help. Getting another Doctor.
