He spoke to me like I was one of his buddy’s at the bar. Very inappropriate. Never going back

I agree with other posters here, I felt this doctor spoke inappropriately, and made remarks that were unprofessional as another poster has stated. Patients should be treated more respectfully. I was definitely not comfortable.

i don t usually write reviews but after yesterday i needed to write this.He is pompous and rude and insensitive.He doesn t like when you use him for second opinions.He says hes busy enough and doesn t need the business.He made us feel unworthy of his services.I would have walked out but I didn t want to make a scene so i kept my mouth shut.I should have listened to the many negative reviews on vitals.He is simply not nice.Im sorry i had to do this but just warning people.If you don t mind being belittled then by all means go to him.

Went I went to see him, I was the only patient in his office. That should have told me something right there. There were two women in his office, not doing much of anything. I told him what was wrong with me and he prescribed medicine which did nothing. Had to go see a pulmonologist after I saw him. Was having a strong allergic reaction. He completely missed the boat. To top it all off, he was nasty. Would definitely not recommend.

Dr. Castellano is an amazing physician. Out of no where one day I started to get a severe sore throat. Called his office and they got me right in that same day. I waited for about 15-20 min (not bad for any office these days). I saw Dr. C and he diagnosed me and treated me. Spent enough time with me to find out what was wrong. I did not feel rushed or anything. The medication worked and felt better in less than 24 hours. The doctor was very sweet and kind. Not once did I feel he spoke down to me (as other reviewers have mentioned). He was actually quite funny. Made me laugh even though I felt terrible. The office staff is very busy but very efficient and sweet. I liked them. I do recommend this doctor. There can be a wait but what great doctor doesn't have one these days??

Excellent doctor. He spends a lot of time with patients (thus long waiting time), he is very knowledgeable and very nice. I would definitely recommend this doctor to everyone.

WOW!!! All I have to say is this Dr. is totally amazing and sooooo nice. I have no idea what these other people are talking about, but the man is a really awesome and great Dr! :) I never felt more comfortable with a Dr, before. He answered all of my questions and did not rush me at all, he had a great personality and smiled a lot too. Very intelligent man and knows his stuff very well. I would tell anyone to go see him if they need an ENT. Thank you so much Dr! :) He is also very affordable and has a wonderful staff, these people were totally awesome! :)

Terrible. He was very insensitive and made me feel like I was stupid. He made comments and remarks that were unprofessional. He did not help me at all and after waiting over an hour, did not spend more then 5 minutes with me. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Went to see him for a really bad sinus condition. I didn't know what I had, but the prescription he gave me was not helpful. I have to agree with the previous writer, he makes nasty comments. He is on the best doctor list, but I definitely wouldn't see him again.
