Dr Franklin saw my daughter about 2 weeks ago and was very dismissive and uncaring toward her. She had been to an urgent care center 2 weeks prior and was treated for strep and a sinus infection. About 4 years ago DrFranklin performed surgery on her because her sinus was closed 95 percent on one side and 90 percent on the other and was have recurring sinus infections. He didn't even bother to do a full examination and just told her to suck on a mint. Now she is suffering with another r her sinus infection.

I have been seeing Dr. Franklin for 3 years. He has been helpful and professional. Each procedure has been explained to me in detail. He always comes into the room with a smile and a handshake, and makes me feel welcome. The staff has been attentive and helpful, as well. He knows his field, and I have total trust that I will be well taken care of. G. Rosenberg

I am shocked to see the reviews on Dr. Franklin as I have been seeing him since 2010 and he and his staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. He is extraordinarily thorough and takes his time in explaining every facet of his diagnoses and treatment plan options. Sometimes, he appears to be running behind my scheduled appointment time but I attribute that to the above and his commitment to thoroughness; this is a reflection of quality of care, not quantity of patients.

I was right on time for my appointment and was denied service because I did not preprint and fill out the forms before the appointment. I was poorly treated by the receptionist. I drove 45 minutes to this office to be disrespected and belittled by the receptionist with my two young children watching. I highly discourage using a medical office that has no compassion for people, and helping those in need because of not filling out a piece of paper. They had all the insurance information beforehand as well.

I saw Dr. Franklin in January of 2013 and I must say that I have never been so disrespected by a doctor in my life. I tried to ask intelligent questions that were important to me about my condition. I had previously researched my condition and had a list of pre-written questions. I was well prepared to have a valuable discussion. Dr. Franklin responded with disrespectful and unhelpful answers such as "because I said so". When I asked for clarification as to "why" he held up 3 fingers in succession and indicated 3 answers while tagging each finger. I was brought to tears by the tone in his voice and his disrespect. He was rude and unhelpful. I knew that day that I would never return to his office. Today I received the letter via certified mail that he has "fired" me as a patient. I actually "fired" him the day I was there.
