I am so not impressed with Dr. Ahlstrom and this was my 2nd visit with her. She was over an hour late for the appointment, infact the front desk supervisor came over to where I was sitting in the waiting room to check their computer for when my appt was actually scheduled and then went back to the clinic area to see what the issue was.
Dr. Ahlstrom's insincere apology fell flat with me. She then spent a total of 15 minutes
stating I needed hearing aids which I already knew. Very unprofessional and truly, no interpersonal skills.

We showed up for our appt. And once in the room were told "she can't see you because she's not taKing new patients" our son requires 3 bags 4 oxygen tanks, a dOuble stroller, a breathing machine , a oxygen monitor and a diaper bag abd she says she can't see us. She refused to see us and told us as a suggestion maybe we could go to seattle. Horrible experience with her.

Dr. Ahlstrom is all over the place, she failed to show up at our set appointment. She instead had her nurse call me last minute, was very unprofessional. Her bedside manner is also lacking, she comes off as very condescending.

dr ahlstrom is the best surgeon she has helped keep my son alive for four years with a trach and she is a very caring doctor.

Dr.Ahlstrom is one of best ENT doctor in spokane, wa. She has saved my life more then once. She listens she explain things to you and also take time to follow up on you.
