She was amazing - a bit brash, but I wasn't there to be her friend. Diagnosed my skin issue on my face, prescribed cream to get rid of it and it worked. No one else was able to help me...so very thankful!

I have been going to Dr. MacPherson for annual checkups for years she is very professional and answers all my questions. I never had to wait more that 20mins.

I went to see Dr MacPherson for a mole on my back. All she did was measure it and told me to come back in 3 months which I did. She said it had not changed and sent me off. I asked my family doctor to see another dermatologist for a second opinion. The first thing she did was to do a biopsy and she found the starting of a melanoma which was small enough for her to cut out in her office. She did a second biopsy and confirmed the melanoma was completely removed. Also, Dr MacPherson, as she was examining my back commented tat her waist was small than the width of my back. What professional would make such a comment! She was rude and condescending. She made me feel so bad after that remark. If you ask her a simple question about a different topic, she will instruct you to make another appointment so she could bill OHIP again for a simple answer she could have given be the first time. She is just an uptight, frustrated, old maid. Avoid her like the plague.

A top notch dermatologist that helped me several times. Efficient, thorough and knowledgable.
Busy , so a wait is expected. She won't hold your hand, but is the best!

Such an ignorant doctor. God forbid you ask her more than one question. She wants another referral for it so she can bill for another consult? Do yourself a favor and see someone else.

Ok here is the thing. Shes not warm and fuzzy but I always manage to have a good interaction with her. Her pricing is better than other doctors. Shes actually kind of unique in her own way. What's important is above all she ha never ever been rude and is she was I would NOT hesitate to let her know asap. I'm never 1 to be intimidated by any doctor. Those days are long gone and there is plenty of competition for * demos*

Dr. MacPherson is highly professional. She has treated every member of our family at one time or another. She is very helpful, once getting me into a special treatment program. Her receptionist is great. Sometimes, not always, the wait can be a bit long because she is spending extra time with a patient. She has never in 15 years pushed any product on me. My wife has bought a very good lotion from her after trying a free sample that was on the counter. I literally trust her with my life, one melanoma can kill you.
