This doctor is always not in her office and very hard to get a hold with. The staff are unreliable and does not relay urgent messages to the MD. I only seen this doctor 3 times in my entire pregnancy period. The rest of the time, it's only her PA that saw me. I will never go back to this doctor in my next pregnancy. i should have listen to these reviews before I decided to go with her.

Worst doctor i have nev dr. goodwin never seen. i spent two months dealing with her office staff and never even seen dr. goodwin. i found a new doctor and in one appointment with him i got more done in one visit then in two months with dr. goodwin. i would never ever recommend her to any one!!!

I used to like Dr. Goodwin, but her practice has gone downhill. She unnecessarily induced me because she was going out of town, her staff is terrible, she is very difficult to get a hold of and she does not return calls.

I love Dr. Goodwin. She is an excellent doctor, she is very caring and supportive. Her staff is terrible. They don't relay messages, they are not helpful and they are not well trained. The routinely give incorrect information to patients, which is a huge liability issue for Dr. Goodwin. I'm surprised shse has tolerated it for so long.

During the 10hrs in labour she never once came in to see me. She only showed up when I went in for my emergency C-section. I felt cheated and I know that the c-section could have been avoided.

Dr. Goodwin is a great doctor. I really love her bedside manner and she takes the time to listen to you. Unfortunately, I have encountered rudeness and unhelpfulness with regard to her staff. They've made things so difficult for me that I'm considering switching OB/GYNs.

She is a very nice doctor, but has no consideration for other people's schedule. Was late for every appt, somtimes as much as 2 hours. She is also very difficult to get a hold of. Her staff isn't very good at returning calls or relaying messages to Dr. Goodwin.

Dr. Goodwin delivered both of my babies and she handled complications with my second pregnancy with care and expertise. I would recommend her to anyone having a baby in Elk Grove.

I've gone to Dr. Goodwin for years. She delivered my first baby and will deliver my second. Great doctor, always takes time at each appointment to answer questions and ask if I have any concerns, I never feel rushed. My only complaint is the difficulty of getting messages of general questions through to her. Serious questions via phone are responded to quickly.

Dr Goodwin really makes you feel at ease and talks to you more like a friend. I wish she was a GP so that she could take care of me completely!
