If you have ADHD or any executive functioning issues, avoid this doctor. I was referred to a Kaiser psychiatrist for my ADHD treatment (a wonderful psych- no issues with them!). On my next appointment with Dr. Davison, upon seeing my new ADHD medication, she asked "Who prescribed THAT to you?" with a skeptical tone. (I was prescribed my meds by the Kaiser psychiatrist who *she* referred me to see, of course). I don't trust her not to interfere with my ADHD treatment, since she clearly buys into the ADHD stigma and doesn't approve of the fact that my ADHD medication treatment is a stimulant.
She is also very judgmental about punctuality and every time I have been even a little late to my appointment, I get a snarky comment. Lastly, if you are sensitive to fat-shaming, avoid Dr. Davison. Although I am slender and athletic, her comments about my body lead me to believe that she would let fatphobia interfere with treatment of overweight and obese patients. Overall, a very patronizing bedside manner.

Dr. Davison made multiple misdiagnoses of my parter as well as myself. She refused to listen to either of us, and her misdiagnosis of me almost cost me my life. She doesn't believe that patients can be knowledgeable about their own health, and in fact was extremely annoyed that I had read journal articles about recent research on my disease. She's patronizing and doesn't respect a patient who says, "I know my body and something is wrong." Lastly she doesn't know symptoms of some pretty common issues, and overly relies on tests. If the test results don't show anything, she completely dismisses all symptoms. Her office staff, Alicia, is rude, combative and downright crabby, and will "jokingly" threaten to not pass your messages on to the doctor. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.
