This guy is an arrogant jerk. Doesn't explain anything, extremely unhelpful. If you have a question he just gives you a piece of paper to read and bullies you if you have any further questions. Zero bedside manner, just a rude old man. Comes across like he doesn't care about you at all. If he doesn't like his patients and his profession, perhaps he should retire? Save yourself the time and avoid this jerk, and for that matter all the neurosurgeons in Bakersfield. Make a trip to to LA or SF and find a neurosurgeon there that cares about their patients. You'll be glad you did.
